We couldn't sleep. There were repeated knocks at our door at night, even when nobody was there, and around midnight the taps all seemed to turn on by themselves. We heard strange noises and footsteps in the corridors, followed by an unsettling silence. We asked to move rooms 3-4 times, but the same frightening experiences followed us. We had already paid in advance, so felt we had no choice but to get through the night. From the outside it looked decent, but staying there was a nightmare. Don't stay unless you're prepared for sleepless nights and creepy experiences, or possibly a ghost haunting the place.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Ask reception for help and they'll tell you to live with the problem or leave. Definitely not suitable for families. Please avoid it at any cost.

With the place under full renovation, it's not suitable for families. There was no parking, the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful, and the bathroom was badly damaged. I couldn't open the main door from inside the room and had to get someone outside to open it. The price is far too high for what you get. The Google pictures look fake or very old.

The room was in terrible shape: the AC didn't work, it smelled foul, and holes compromised privacy in the washroom. Nobody responded when we asked for cleaning or an air freshener, and the phone line was disabled. Staff also kept knocking on the door, treated us as outsiders, and looked at the women with us in a very inappropriate way. I arrived at 3:50 a.m. on the 13th. I was told the room rate was ₹1,500 including tax, and I clearly said we'd check out between 9 and 10 a.m. Sunday. The receptionist charged me ₹2,300, which I paid. On the morning of the 14th, staff demanded another ₹2,300, saying checkout was always at 10 a.m. regardless of when we checked in. They hadn't explained that earlier, and it felt like an attempt to overcharge us. The manager and receptionist were rude, aggressive, and threatening. They used abusive language, demanded more money, and tried to intimidate us by calling local people. They showed no respect for women. This place felt dishonest and unsafe, and I can't recommend it for families.
