Treebo RC Comforts

Check-in and check-out were smooth, with no delays, and the staff were polite, helpful, and available when I needed them. The location made it easy to get around. My room was spacious, the bed was cozy, and housekeeping kept everything neat throughout my stay. RC Comfort was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It was a peaceful, pleasant stay at a budget-friendly price. I’d recommend it and will surely visit again! 😊

The rooms are okay, but the service was very bad. We ordered dinner and it arrived cold after two hours. When we complained, they said it was late because of the high order volume. You have to contact them again and again to get service. The hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant. Most of the reviews seemed fake to me, and I don’t know how it got five stars. This is my real review.

We had the worst experience here. The bedspreads hadn’t been changed, and we had to ask for fresh ones after checking in. The cleanliness was awful. The bathroom was a nightmare: smelly, with fungus near the sink and a broken toilet seat. Really disgusting. I’d never recommend this hotel.

I booked a room for a client as a travel agent, and the service from Treebo was very bad. The hotel never answers the phone, and if you call or message on WhatsApp, they cut off the call. At the next travel fair or meeting, I’ll make sure this kind of hotel and brand are properly banned. You’re making a joke of working in the service industry.
