We stayed here 13.11.2025. The room door made us feel like we were staying at haveli, but that’s the only thing we remember fondly. We booked a city view super deluxe room and got a poor condition normal room at the back instead. The bedsheets and towels were very dirty, the room was in poor shape, and the bathroom wasn’t up to the mark. The staff seemed focused only on money. Don’t use their car or guide, they priced them thrice as much. Book a local auto instead. Restaurant service wasn’t available, and the rooftop view didn’t match the advertisement. The experience was miserable.

Our booking was for 30/12/2025, and we arrived around 10:00-10:30 PM. Staff told us the kitchen had been shifted, so they arranged dinner at nearby Rawal Kothi. Back in our room, I found the bathroom extremely dirty and the flush wasn’t working. We called staff right away to clean and repair it, but more than half an hour later it still hadn’t been sorted. Because of the poor hygiene and unprofessional response, we had to look for another hotel and move at 12 midnight. It caused a lot of inconvenience so late at night. I strongly suggest not booking this hotel under any circumstances.

We were pressured into paying more than the amount quoted when we booked. With small kids and the time already at 10:30 pm, we couldn’t leave and had to pay whatever they asked. All the staff seemed completely drunk. Our rooms had so many lizards and mosquitoes. It was a horrible experience and a sleepless night. Please don’t choose to stay here. 🤮
