At midnight, Mr shambhu didn't welcome us properly, and the hotel refused to provide a clean, hygienic room and washroom. We had senior citizens and children with us and nowhere else to go at that hour. The room had lots of small cockroaches, the washroom wasn't clean, and the bed had only a sponge instead of a proper matters. Service was very bad. Don't book rooms at Hotel Radhey Heritage.

The management was extremely poor, with no basic manners in how they spoke to or treated customers. There was no cleanliness in the hotel, and no provision for either hot or cold water. Absolutely terrible hotel and management.

Good place, nice room and environment, and the service was good too. All luxury fit, value for money.

We'd made a phone booking 30 days earlier and paid in advance. We had also told the manager about the booking, hygiene, and an extra bed, but when we arrived at midnight Mr shambhu refused to give us the rooms we'd booked, saying there was no availability. Despite the advance information, they gave us a dirty room with lots of mosquitos. Please don't book here, especially if you're coming with family and children.

The hotel is tucked away, so you have to walk with your luggage to catch an auto. Service and responses were very poor, and the service providers behaved badly. There was no water in the rooms. After many complaints, water came sometimes, but there was still no hot water. Do not visit.
