The room was uncomfortable, with both the AC and TV out of order. Getting it took a frustrating wait too: we arrived around 10:00 AM and could see rooms were available, but the receptionist asked us to pay extra for an early check-in. When we declined, we were told check-in wasn't possible until after 11:30 AM. There wasn't a proper place to wait, either. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout. Very poor service, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

They made arranging our own transport difficult and kept pushing their cab service, which caused a lot of frustration. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable, and the place didn't feel guest-friendly at all. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it if you want an easy experience.

The room was good, and so were the location and cleaning. Staff were very nice, too. Enjoyed it.

For 1200, I paid for just 3-4 hours in the room, and it was a terrible experience. The sheets were old and dirty. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, and even after I reported it, nothing was done. Don't give this hotel a chance.
