Cloud Forest was a really bad stay for me. The room had bugs and the place wasn't clean, while the service was poor. They didn't provide towels, a kettle, or hot water. I don't recommend this hotel, so please avoid staying here.

Waking up to birds whispering and mountains singing was my favorite part of the view at cloud Forrest. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The front desk team were especially friendly and always glad to help. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks, cloud Forrest, for all the lovely memories.

My stay at Cloud Forest yesterday 28th dec25 was pathetic. I paid the full price, but the place wasn't clean and basic services were lacking. There were no towels, dinner was poor, and the whole stay was disappointing. Check the place before booking, or better yet, avoid it.

Bonfires, clean rooms, good food, and cordial staff made my time at Cloud Forest memorable. Customer service was prompt too. Must visit if you're coming to Lansdowne. Thanks, Team CF.
