I stayed with family in rooms 104, 103 and 114, and this was the worst stay ever. It seems they never mopped the rooms. I couldn't give less than 1 star, and I wouldn't recommend it to families at all. Singles clubbing only. In room 103, the restroom hadn't been cleaned before we got it. We asked for it to be cleaned after check-in, but nobody did. Half the lights were broken, the washbasin tap and closet tap were broken, and the bathroom fittings were horrible. The AC literally broke, its cover came down, and water poured all over the room. They showed no remorse or compensation for the accident, and seemed interested only in collecting rent. Room 114 wasn't clean either, the mirror was damaged and the heater didn't work. Despite the issues, they didn't report a room change. Room 104 and its restroom were also dirty, with no attempt to clean.

The bed was so uncomfortable, with springs poking through, that sleeping was difficult. My room wasn't clean, and the heater didn't work. Hair was left all over the bathroom, which was in terrible shape overall. I reported the problems, but room service was extremely poor and nobody responded properly. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this lodge because of the room condition, lack of maintenance, and poor customer service.

The AC didn't work properly, and the bedsheets had holes. I paid 2700 for 3 persons, which felt like too much. It wasn't worth the money, so think wisely.

A deeply disappointing experience. This place isn't fit for any decent human being to stay in. I'd ask the owner to shut the property and give the space to someone who can do a better job. Please avoid it.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful when I complained. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, and basic things like water bottles, soap, and toiletries weren't provided; they charged for everything. I paid ₹2,200 a night for an “AC room,” but it wasn't worth it. The AC didn't work properly, and after moving through 5 rooms I still couldn't find one with a working air conditioner or heater. I wasn't expecting extreme cooling, but even basic chillness was missing. Strongly do not recommend staying here.
