The noise kept me awake until the early hours, with loud music and shouting from nearby rooms. Breakfast was disappointing too, with few choices and poor quality food. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. My room was dirty, with stained carpets and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was in poor shape, with mold in the shower and a broken toilet seat. I complained at the front desk, but nothing was done during my stay. The poor cleanliness, lack of service, and noise made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it. Find somewhere better.

It's a little tucked away, less than a km from CBE railway station. I stayed for a short time, and the staff were there for my early check-in. They helped get everything sorted before I crashed in my room. A comfortable stay overall.

Getting basic service took repeated requests. We waited as long as 5 hours for drinking water, and towels and soap arrived only after asking several times. Used bottles left by one guest were refilled and given to another without cleaning. The bathroom smelled in the room, its door locks were broken, the shower didn't work, and one tap was broken too. The balcony door lock was also faulty. The AC wasn't working properly, even set at 16 degrees Celsius, the room stayed warm. There's also a photo showing how tea was served in the morning. Maybe guests coming through make my trip get treated this way.

The reception is made to look like a 3 star hotel, but getting into the rooms is a different story. The hotel staff were the worst, and they didn't even change the bedsheet. I wouldn't give this place 1 star. Trust me, don't go here.

I booked through OYO but the manager's behavior was poor and he refused to let me check in. I arrived at night at 2330 hrs and was told all the rooms were full. Please don't book this hotel.
