The room was clean and satisfactory, but the toilet flush didn’t work, and for a double booking they gave us only one towel. That doesn’t seem like standard practice. Staff should handle guest complaints themselves rather than redirecting them to an outside party, and they need training to respond professionally. Everyone works hard for their money, so please don’t make fools of people.

The rooms and toilets were filthy. The bed had blood and food stains, there was dust throughout the room and outside the door, and the place smelled of cigarettes. The hotel even had two different names. We wiped things down to show staff how dirty it was, but the other rooms we were shown were the same. They wouldn’t refund us when we asked to move. Oyo customer service then sent us back to the front desk. We’ve booked through Oyo many times and never had this before. Very disappointing, and we won’t book again.

The bathroom was filthy, and the towel was already fraying, leaving threads stuck to my body when I dried off. There’s no proper location information and no signboard, either. Not even worth one star.

The location was poor, the room was bad, and the staff were rude. We asked to see the room before checking in, and it was dirty and smelled, so we cancelled instead. I didn’t feel it was safe for a woman. We never got a refund.
