Collection O Prozone Mall Coimbatore Formerly Nira Residency

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room was dirty, dusty in several spots, and had unclean sheets, so basic housekeeping clearly wasn’t done properly. When we raised it, the receptionist spoke disrespectfully and acted unprofessionally. Madhan, the manager, also showed little interest in helping or sorting anything out. There was no real customer service or accountability. I strongly recommend OYO train its staff in customer experience.

The stay was fine otherwise, but I’d asked for one large bed and got two, which made sleeping a bit difficult. The purifier water tasted salty, which seemed unusual for Coimbatore.

We didn’t get the breakfast we had booked, and there weren’t even basic toiletries like towels or soap. Tea and coffee service wasn’t available either. The manager was a bit rude. The road to the hotel is muddy and uneven, and getting there by car isn’t easy. Inside, the rooms were poorly kept and unclean, with loose taps. A very bad stay.

The rooms are good, but management treats everything as self-service. Need an extra mattress? You have to collect it from reception and handle everything yourself.
