The receptionist had no answers, and there weren’t even towels because they said everything was out for laundry. The sheets were old, dirty, and smelled bad, and the TV didn’t work. I also couldn’t change the fan speed. A terrible stay. I should’ve gone to the IBIS around the corner instead, that was a bad call on my part.
It’s right in the middle of the city, and the price was low compared with nearby hotels. The place was well maintained too.
Finding the hotel was a hassle because Google Maps took us to a confusing back entrance with no signs, even though there are two ways in. We also waited more than 40 minutes to check in. There wasn’t a proper receptionist, just a friend of the manager trying to help, and the whole process felt disorganized. I was there for a business meeting and planned to prepare a presentation, but there was no Wi-Fi. The hotel was being renovated while still listed and taking online bookings, which was inconvenient. The room had no hot water, the AC barely worked, and maintenance overall was poor, despite the property having decent space and potential. If the place isn’t ready to provide full service during renovations, they should pause online bookings. Clear signs at both entrances would also help. Thanks.
Right in the city centre and a good price. I’d recommend it for families too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The location was the one good part. The rooms were just okay, the washroom needs a major upgrade, and there was a damaged wall near the AC. The AC barely worked, and the pool wasn’t available. There weren’t any amenities either. It’s not maintained well enough to call it a 3 star hotel, and the rent is much too high for the room quality and service.
