We only stayed one night. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and Sam, the owner, was polite, cooperative, and very helpful. The housekeepers were friendly too. There is a pool, but using it costs extra, and there is no restaurant on site. The main problems for us were the very dirty kitchen and the unavailable washing machine, which was why we chose to move. Sam kindly tried to find a solution, but relocating felt better for us. All in all, the stay was good.

We rented this service apartment for three days for a family function, and it made the occasion comfortable and memorable. The whole place was clean and well looked after, with spacious rooms, excellent hospitality, and a great location. Everyone in the family was happy. Highly recommended.

The receptionist spoke as if they owned the place, and the service was terrible. I've been to many places, but never had an experience like this. There are plenty of better rooms nearby. I would never recommend staying here.

We arrived around 9:20 pm with two elders and a child, when all the hotels were already closed for dinner. The owner went out of the way to prepare food for us, and our family was so happy with that warm welcome. The rooms were clean and there is a good kitchen too. The owner's hospitality, the ambience, and the cleanliness were amazing. Hats off to the place and the team, it's the best place to stay in Coimbatore!
