We were left looking for another hotel at the last minute with our one-year-old, which was really disappointing. The day before, we’d asked and were told we could book, but when we tried, they refused because they don’t accept Coimbatore IDs. The staff were very unprofessional. I wonder if there’s actually a rule against booking a hotel in your own city.
Manager Dinesh was kind, down to earth, and quick to help with whatever we needed. The staff were polite too, and the service was awesome. A really good place to stay near Gandhipuram. Highly recommend.
The rooms are okay, but the building is old and there weren’t many guests around. Given the condition, it feels a little overpriced. There’s just one restaurant nearby, and the hotel isn’t that good overall.
Booking online feels unsafe here. They cancel the reservation, then charge three times as much. A scam.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and good. Staff were polite and helpful.
