The rooms were awful, the toilets didn't work, and the room smelled. They don't give what they show, and there's no service. When I complained, they just said that's what they offer and wouldn't help. We booked through OYO, but OYO wouldn't let us leave a review there. Avoid this hotel if you can. It's a waste of money.
Not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend booking here. The service isn't proper, the hot water supply to the room isn't reliable, and I had to ask four or five times before they brought the complimentary towels.
I booked a room for my driver, but the first one they gave him was in very poor condition, with unclean bedspreads and unacceptable quality overall. I asked him to request a room change, and they gave him a better one. We trust OYO when booking, so experiences like this feel unfair and disappointing.
The rooms were in terrible condition and weren't hygienic, and the fans didn't work. Customer service was poor too. If minus stars were possible, I'd give it -5.
