There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, with no repellent or other prevention provided, so it was hard to sleep comfortably. The booking was made through Make My Trip. We also found no bottled water, glasses, or bottles to use with the purifier, which made drinking water difficult. At 4 am the building entrance was wide open, with no security guard on site. The passkey system didn't help while the door was left open and unattended. Earlier, I slipped and fell hard on water spilled in the lobby by the elevator. The caretaker had seen it, but nobody cleaned it. Thankfully I wasn't seriously hurt, but it was painful and avoidable. The kitchen had no utensils or gas connection, so we couldn't even boil milk for our baby. That's a major inconvenience for a family with a child.

I stayed for three days at park service apartments and the condition was horrible. The room wasn't properly maintained, and there was no parking service. Before arriving, I contacted them about a gas connection for cooking. They agreed, so I paid 600, but they never provided it. When I asked for the money back, they said they'd transfer it to my bank account and I sent all the required details. They still haven't refunded me, and now they don't respond to my messages or calls. I had paid the full room amount too. Very bad customer service.

It's right in the city center, with easy access to the airport (12 km), bus stand (3 km), and railway station (2 km). The service was good and it was value for money. Per day, the 1 BHK rate was Rs 2000 plus tax, 2 BHK was Rs 4000 plus tax, and 3 BHK was Rs 6000 plus tax.

There are a couple of upsides: it's close to RS puram- Brookfield, cheaper than nearby lodges, and has two king size beds. But the rooms were poorly maintained and smelled bad. There's no dedicated parking, the AC didn't work, no toiletries were provided, and the bathrooms were dirty.
