Yogesh and Nithya made me feel very welcome. They were kind and helpful, and their warm hospitality was the best part of my stay. The location is good, with important facilities nearby, and the hotel has a number of simple, thoughtful amenities. I'm very happy I chose this place.

I accidentally lost an AirPod in my room and was worried, but the staff found it and returned it the very next day. That honesty really stood out and says a lot about the hotel's culture and management. Thanks especially to the Manager and housekeeping team for being professional and trustworthy. The rooms at Hotel Vijay Paradise were neat, and the location in Coimbatore was perfect. I felt secure with my belongings and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with staff they can depend on.

The loud bass and vibration continued until 2.00am, and we had a sleepless night on Saturday, 20.06.2026. Hot water also wasn't available early in the morning, and valet parking was done on the roadside. At checkout, the hotel seemed to use group pressure to get extra income. Be careful with their towels, bedspreads and pillow covers: if there's a stain, they may demand a huge charge. Women in Tamil Nadu still use turmeric, but a turmeric mark on fabric was treated as if we'd committed a serious crime, and they insisted on a fine. Ordinary liquid detergent can remove these stains, so I don't understand why management tells staff to approach customers so arrogantly. After earning a good reputation, a hotel should work hard to maintain it.

The food was mediocre, though satisfactory for what we paid, and the TV didn't work. Calls to the intercom went unanswered. The service was very poor, too. We were there for a function, and noise from the bar and restaurant kept haunting us until midnight. Loud sounds from above made it hard to sleep.
