Ashirbad Guest House by OYO Rooms

The service was thoroughly bad. In room 303, the commode was dirty and unhygienic, the shower was broken, and the basin had paan spits on it. A cockroach was moving around on the bed and floor. Dear oyo, leave this property or your ratings will fall sharply.

There wasn't drinking water or a mosquito coil, and the bed wasn't clean. Cigarettes were scattered around the room, including in the wash basin, and there was a wine bottle inside. Service, staff behaviour, and cleanliness were all zero for me. I'm completely dissatisfied. I would rate it 0 stars, but there was no option, so I chose 1.

The view outside the room is lovely, and it was a good place to stay. All the staff were nice. The mosquitoes around the room are the one issue, so you'll need to take precautions.

I booked through OYO, and at checkout a staff member asked for my phone. When I asked why, I wondered if he meant to rate the hotel himself. He said no, then rated it without my knowing. That really annoyed me.
