Food is served only as a buffet, with no à la carte option. The management and hospitality were very poor, and the staff seemed inefficient and unable to meet guest needs. There was no care for hotel guests. A very poor experience, I wouldn't recommend it. Please avoid this type of hotel.

The pool was rated 5/5, while food and service each got 2/5, and the rooms 3/5. For a short stay of 1-2 days it may be manageable, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer one. Room upkeep has been getting worse over time, with basic amenities missing. Breakfast and dinner were below expectations in both taste and choice, and cafeteria service was slow and poor.

The food was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very good too. Thanks especially to rahul at the reception and nimesh. I'll come back again.

The room has good space, and the location works well for Dahej site industries. The food needs improvement, though, and the room tariff doesn't feel like good value for money.

After checkout, they've ignored my emails and phone calls about a faulty bill with incorrect details. The billing department made this a terrible experience, and the whole thing feels extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.
