The food was very good, and the waiters and other staff were supportive. Rooms are larger than at normal hotels, comfortable, and properly maintained. The bathrooms need attention, though: they look old and a bit rusty. Still, it was a good stay.

It may look great, but the service didn't earn even one star. Dinner took at least an hour despite there being no customers. The rooms are average and the AC was broken. The balcony is hard to understand, and continental breakfast was just upma and idly. Better not to book unless it's an emergency.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are good and the staff were polite, but service is only okay. The breakfast buffet is sometimes available and sometimes not, the lift is in horrible condition, and the food didn't taste good.

Nothing about this hotel was good. The service was the worst I've ever seen, and staying here felt like a waste of money.

The location works well for business trips, with most destinations nearby. Rooms are an okay size for the rate. Housekeeping was good, and the secure setting is unusual in Vapi and Daman. The manager seemed courteous, and the waiters were quick to attend to us.
