The Neem Tree Hotel

I had a really awful stay. There were cockroaches, mosquitoes, and red ants, and the staff and receptionists communicated poorly. It felt like a waste of money, so I’d say avoid this place. You could visit the Legent hotel across the road instead. Very, very bad experience 😞😕😕

The food was the worst I’ve had, especially at five-star-hotel prices. I’d rather eat roadside food, which is much better. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone.

The location wasn’t great, but room service was good and the laundry came back very quickly.

The food was just okay, though the dal fry and butter roti tasted good. The room itself was a letdown: it wasn’t clean, cockroaches were crawling around, and the bathroom fittings weren’t right. Overall, a bad experience.
