FabHotel Le Gardenia

The service during my engagement was a disaster. Waiters sat idle, served starters only once or twice, and we even saw them eating instead of looking after guests. We had to scold them just to get service going again. The cold drinks seemed watered down, and the Rasmalai recommended by the managers was watery and tasteless. We paid ₹1600 per veg plate plus ₹70 per person for live counters. Managers Sanjeev and Abhishek made big promises when we booked, but after payment they became very casual. Even though we confirmed arrangements two days before, none of our requested changes were done. We ended up at Le Gardenia after Sangrila Banquet, their larger banquet, backed out after quoting us and redirected us here. That recommendation was another mistake. The focus seems to be on the building and collecting money, while the hospitality and service fall short. In a city like Patna with so many options, this was one of the worst managed banquet experiences I've had. I strongly advise people against risking a special occasion here.
