Premium The Golden Crown Hotel

I paid extra through Agoda for the option that included breakfast, but after I checked in, staff told me the hotel doesn't serve breakfast at all. The booking offered two choices, with breakfast or without, so this was misleading and unfair to anyone paying extra based on that information. Management didn't offer a proper fix or take responsibility, and the whole thing caused an unnecessary hassle and damaged my trust. I'd advise future guests to verify what's actually available before booking and avoid paying more for services that may not exist. Very disappointing at The Golden Crown Town House Oak Patna.

Getting checked in and out was easy, and the staff were polite and cooperative whenever I needed help. The rooms were comfortable, neat, and looked after well for a short stay. Townhouse OAK Amity University is also handy if you're visiting Amity University, with shops and transport nearby. Pleasant experience overall.

The room itself was fine, but the mosquitoes kept me from sleeping. The location is bad, and the breakfast was poor, they just bring poori sabzi from a street stall and call it breakfast. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Staff didn't seem experienced either.

Dirty, smelly rooms and a check-in mess. I booked two days, waited over an hour at the counter, and then got a room for just one day. They took extra bookings and refused check-in, and I saw a few others behind me facing the same thing. Complete fraud, avoid this place.
