Staff here came across as rude and arrogant instead of being helpful or courteous. Their manners and professionalism were seriously lacking, and they didn’t know how to talk to guests respectfully. That’s not what you expect from a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, respectful stay.

I expected better hospitality. The staff’s manner with guests was poor, and their attitude felt unprofessional and off-putting. Sadly, I didn’t have a good experience here.
