Treebo Trend Palash Hotel & Banquets

It was easy to find the hotel, and parking was spacious and convenient, so parking any vehicle was hassle-free. The room was clean and well maintained, and the friendly staff were accommodating and gave great service. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel with nice amenities.

We booked all the rooms for a family function and had a really bad time. The staff weren't rude and were polite, but they were incompetent and lazy, and we had to keep pestering them to get anything done. There was no housekeeping, so we had to go to the help desk for every little thing, even repeatedly asking for water bottles in each room. Rooms and washrooms were unclean. The hall's AC wasn't working either, which left us feeling insulted in front of our guests. Our room AC stopped working for four hours during the peak time we needed to get ready for the function, in May. Please don't book this hotel for an event or occasion, and don't waste your time and money here.

The room felt unsafe and shady, so we left right away. Before we even got settled, there was blood all over the corridor floor outside it. Staff just said they’d look into it, casually. Then we saw blood on the bed’s headboard too, and that was enough. There were other problems as well: the AC wasn’t working, the floor and bathroom were dirty, and mosquitoes and bugs were flying around everywhere.

A good spot, especially if you’re a working professional.
