Mastiff Select Terrain Dandeli By OTHPL

The free facilities were a big plus: swimming, cycling, badminton, table tennis, pool, and indoor games like jengas and chess. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hospitality deserves special mention. Everyone was extremely polite and genuinely caring, which made the stay feel comfortable and homely. A great balance of comfort, hospitality, and things to do.

The conference setup worked well for our faculty development program for Sri Siddhartha School of Engineering, and the staff made sure we had what we needed. We stayed at Dandeli Stay on December 13 and 14, and the comfortable rooms had lovely views for unwinding after busy days. We also enjoyed the local food, the activities the team arranged, and exploring the natural surroundings. The property exceeded our expectations. It was a great place for the program, and we can't wait to come back.

For about 9k per day, I expected more. The bicycles were rusty with nobody willing to fix them, the billiards table was worn out, and cottage water was only warm, not hot, despite the central heating. When we asked for hot water for our kids, staff gave us an immersion rod. The rest of the stay was decent: we had a spacious, furnished cottage, parking, a pool and outdoor leisure space. The restaurant food was good, breakfast was reasonable, the service was good, and the location is a short distance from water sports. Still, there are much better options in Dandeli for less.

Abhishek made the stay especially easy, helping throughout and guiding us on the water activities. The food was delicious, with a good range and quality. Mastiff Select Terrain, Dandeli is peaceful and lovely, surrounded by greenery. A wonderful relaxing break with great hospitality, highly recommended.
