Comfort Inn Emerald

We first booked Comfort Inn Emerald for one day, but the comfortable stay and excellent hospitality convinced us to add two more. The location is convenient for visiting the main places in Dapoli. The staff were humble, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Ms. Sanika and Mr. Aniket Rane for their excellent service and support throughout. We really appreciated the warm welcome and would love to return.

The restaurant food was delicious, though a little pricey, and I thought it was worth it. My booking hadn’t been recorded, but Mr. Dipesh at reception and the manager were polite and really helpful in arranging a nice room. I appreciated how professionally they handled it. Had a great stay.

Amit at the front desk was especially helpful, sharing tips on places to see around Dapoli. The rest of the staff were courteous too, and housekeeping, reception, and the restaurant all provided good service. My family and I had a great time at Comfort inn Emerald. It was a nice, comfortable stay.

The room was very clean, and the washroom was hygienic. We’d asked about checking in early, and the staff arranged it. Everyone was humble and polite, which made our one-day stay a great experience. If you’re looking for a place in the city with all the amenities, I’d say give it a try. People visiting Konkan may prefer a sea-facing stay, of course, so it depends on what you want. Highly recommend!
