If you call to ask about the hotel, they’ll tell you the best facilities are available, but once you arrive, you won’t get what they promised. They call it a 3 star hotel, but the facilities are 0 star. They quote one rate for a non-AC room, then do something different when you get there. If you’re helpless, they’ll take undue advantage of your situation. The management is very bad, and room service is worse. Even after you report that the AC isn’t working or there’s no bathroom water, nothing gets fixed. No staff member is ready to listen.

They charge extra after you book a room. The rooms are very dirty, the staff are rude, and the service is poor.

Apparently 6.30 pm counts as midnight for the hotel contact person. GREAT.

The room condition and service were the worst. Please don’t book a room here.
