The location was convenient for reaching the main attractions, whether by cab or public transport, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and basic bathroom amenities in good condition. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was polite and willing to help, and room service was quick. The food was delicious with a nice variety, especially breakfast. Restaurant staff made sure it was fresh and warm. I had a relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort and value.

The room service was noticeably good, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of the condition of many rooms. Five or six view rooms are good quality; others can be very poor, with damp, dirty walls, broken windows, and a toilet without a lid. The location is average, and because the road is narrow, cabs don’t drop tourists in front of the hotel. That’s especially inconvenient for older people and kids.

The peaceful location and the views from the windows and balcony are the main draw at Hotel Hill Crown. Seeing Kanchenjunga was breathtaking and made the mornings feel magical. The rooms need more renovation, though, and sometimes the blankets smell bad, which takes away from the comfort. Great for the scenery, but the place needs upkeep.

The views from the rooms were beautiful, and the manager’s manner and customer service were excellent. Staff were friendly and cooperative. The location was very good, and the food was tasty.
