Spacious rooms, and a nice place to stay overall. There’s an in-house restaurant and parking. Breakfast had different varieties, though I felt the taste could be better. When I visited, EV charging wasn’t available, though there was a board advertising it. I believe it was under maintenance. The listed price was 1000rs plus gst, which seems expensive for EV charging. I’m not sure about the kW or provider. The room itself was good.

Really clean room, great location, and amazing value for the price. The staff are so friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to make the stay as good as possible. Special thanks to the new employee John and the tall luggage carrier, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know.

The service was prompt, and they acted immediately when we asked for something. Breakfast was okay, though it could have tasted better. The rooms were spacious enough, but we had trouble with the suite. A wall separated the table area from the bed, and both the AC and fan were near the table, so neither reached the bed. We had to switch to a smaller room despite paying for the suite. Decent business hotel.

I used to stay at this hotel when visiting Davangere, but I won’t be coming back or recommending it. The front office team, manager, and even the vice president were unprofessional. The vice president didn’t seem to know how to speak appropriately with a regular guest.

The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived, so we asked to have them changed. The room still hadn’t been made by 11 am. I complained to the manager, Gautam, who said he’d act immediately, but when we came back at 2.30pm the room was still dirty and uncleaned. Gautam was mannerless, argued with me, and didn’t apologize. That’s unlike any hotel in India I’ve stayed at. Gopal, the house keeping manager, was the only decent person around and got the work done. Gautam needs to go back to finishing school to learn how to speak to customers. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
