For a cheap room to sleep in, it could work, since the rooms are spacious and comfortable. But mine was very dirty. They don't offer anything beyond the room: no free Wi-Fi, breakfast, lunch or dinner, toothpaste, towels, kettle, drinking water, or parking. Breakfast and the meals aren't available paid either.
I booked through the Oyo app, but they wouldn't accept the booking. They cancelled it, gave us Ts 100 discount, and put us in a room for cash instead. They didn't want to take payment online through Oyo. The room itself was damp and smelly, the bed linen was in very poor condition, and the pillows smelled too. There was no hot water running unless you asked them to switch on the solar supply, and then it stayed on for hardly 10-15 minutes. One of the worst hotels I've visited.
Everything was good for the low price, including the cleaning and the building infrastructure. It's a very nice budget hotel with good facilities. It's near INSTRUMENT RESEARCH TRAINING CENTER AND ORDINANCE FACTORY DEHRADUN.
The staff openly use very bad words and abuse people. I had the worst service ever here. The worst hotel I've stayed in.
The place was well maintained and the service was on point. It's a great home stay, with a nice view and a good distance from the main city. All the good locations were nearby.
