Rajpur Road, the city’s main road, is easy to reach from this hotel. I stayed in late December 2025 and would happily come back. The reception team were helpful, especially Anjita, who assisted me with transport. Another gentleman at the desk was helpful too, though I can’t remember his name. Food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the two restaurants cover breakfast in one and lunch and dinner in the other. Room service was excellent and brought meals quickly. My room and bathroom were very clean, as were the lobby, floors, and restaurants. A superb hotel, highly recommended.

At checkout, the staff wanted ₹600 because a face towel was dirty. That felt unreasonable and unprofessional. The rest of the experience was poor too, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We had booked lunch and dinner for five people, but at lunch the waiter said we could choose only two sabji, despite the menu listing many options. The food was terrible. Dal Makhani tasted as if it had been made two days earlier, and after lunch we all developed stomach pain while out sightseeing, which spoiled our trip. Parking is badly designed. The clearance is too low for a car carrying luggage on the roof, so you have to remove it on the road before driving in. The steep slope at the main gate can also make cars with low ground clearance hit underneath. On our last day, room service didn’t answer our calls either. Hospitality, food, parking, and staff behavior were all extremely poor.

We were unsure what the service would be like on our first visit to this property, but the stay went beyond what I imagined. The food was yummy, the staff sweet, and the managers professional. Mr upendra Aswal, the general manager, met us personally and made the visit even more memorable. Manisha and the whole front desk team were courteous and helpful. I stayed here with my family this week.

The room size, interiors, and general infrastructure are genuinely good, but the service badly let the hotel down. We chose it based on reviews and found the reality very different. Check-in took until 2:30 PM even though we arrived at 1:40 and the stated time was 2:00. Reception kept saying “just 2 minutes,” then explained the room was still being prepared. That delay made us cancel an important 2:30 PM doctor’s appointment. It felt like no one respected our time. The gentleman and lady at reception repeated “2 minutes” over and over, wasting an hour without clear communication or accountability. If new guests are expected at 2:00, why aren’t rooms ready after previous guests check out at 11:00? It seemed rooms only became available when the earlier guest chose to leave, which was very inconvenient and unprofessional. In the rush to give us a room, we got one that still felt warm with the AC set to 16°C, adding to the disappointment. Service matters most in hospitality, and this hotel fails badly there. Be cautious before booking if you value your time.
