The room was good and had water bottles, tea and coffee sachets, shampoo, soap, and other decent facilities on the first day. The room itself was fine, but the service made the stay unsatisfactory. On day two, getting shampoo and soap took around two hours, and the coffee sachets were delayed just as long. Staff kept saying the person responsible had gone for a meal. Paid service was much quicker: tea I ordered arrived in about 10 minutes. But the complimentary items the hotel should provide were not up to standard. There were also mosquitoes buzzing around my ears at night. The tea cost ₹50, but tasted worse than tea from a dhaba or small restaurant, where even a ₹20 cup would be better. Honestly, it didn’t taste worth ₹10. They first quoted ₹2800 for the room, but I got it for ₹2500.

Booking was easy, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. I had a great experience with Click inn and would highly recommend the hotel. Pritam was especially polite and hospitable.

The rooms are quite small, and this place absolutely isn’t worth the cost. Hospitality gets zero from me. The front office seemed to have a fixed answer for everything, with no flexibility, service, or empathy. The way they spoke and responded to problems was surprising compared with many other hotels. Even asking for one extra pillow led to five thousand questions. The kettle was broken, and when I requested a replacement, I was told they were all like that. They did eventually replace it with one that wasn’t broken.
