We asked about hot water before checking in because the weather was already very cold, and they said it would be available. When we went to bathe, though, the water wasn’t hot, so we had to use it as it was. The manager’s behavior wasn’t right, and the service was very bad. We felt cheated about the hot water.

The property details had a false phone number, and customer care gave very poor service. Totally useless booking app.
