We booked online, and after the booking was confirmed, the person whose number we’d been given never called us. We were left wandering around until midnight. The hotel and its balconies were extremely dirty, so the money felt wasted. I don’t even know what else to say.

The food was okay, and the staff were polite, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Service was painfully slow, though. We had to call seven or eight times to get one thing done, and every trip to the bathroom meant calling because the water wasn’t running.

The rooms felt stuffy and smelled bad, with no proper ventilation. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty too. Even at night, the hotel team kept yelling at each other. Worst hotel ever.

I’d booked two nights ahead, but nothing was ready when I arrived. They cleaned only after I asked, and the room and toilets still smelled and looked dirty. The bedding was changed in front of me, but it remained dirty. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room or bathroom either. Definitely not worth what I paid, and a very bad experience.
