The balcony had a broken toilet seat lying on it, and the main door handle was broken, which made the room feel unsafe. Inside, the room was pathetic, with dirty sheets and disgusting cupboards. There was no water, and the bathroom was filthy, with used sanitary pads left inside. I’d planned to stay another day and get some peace after a long week’s trip, but these conditions forced me to leave. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I demand a full refund, and FabHotels shouldn’t list such a poorly maintained property.

I got to the hotel after booking through the Fab hotel app and found it closed. The owner said it had shut down long ago. There was no customer support, so I emailed them about a refund, but they replied that it was non-refundable. Please don't book through this fraud app.
