The location was poor, the TV didn't work, and the room smelled. The blankets were messy and there was no hygiene at all. Worst stay ever.

I checked out less than an hour after arriving and booked another hotel. The place felt shady and very unsafe, with smoke smell coming from the rooms and beer bottles outside. It was also utterly unhygienic. After this, I wouldn't trust fab express again, especially when travelling alone. So disappointing!

The only thing I liked was how close it was to the railway station. The advertised room photos didn't match what I found, and the furniture and wall fittings looked old and poorly maintained. The toilet wasn't hygienic enough either. I don't understand how it got so many positive ratings. Room service was a joke: they didn't give me a key and just said they'd look after the room while I was out. I also had to pay separately for the bottle of water I requested.

The booking through Booking.com was misleading. I was first offered the option to pay at the hotel, then Fab Hotels messaged asking for 30% of the total rent to confirm because of high demand. When we arrived, only two rooms were occupied and the hotel was nearly empty. It felt like a way to get money upfront, knowing guests might be put off by the condition. At FabExpress Limewood Hotel in Dehradun, the pillows, sheets and blankets were stained, the rooms were awful and unhygienic, and the small washrooms smelled foul. The food was tasteless and far too salty; despite several complaints, nothing was done. The TV and AC didn't work, either. The whole stay was a complete letdown, and I strongly advise against booking here.
