I paid Rs 7428 for two nights at this awful property. The manager's behavior was bad, and the room price just wasn't worth it. Rooms and washrooms were disgusting: the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and when we complained, the replacement room was dirty too. Plates and crockery weren't clean either. Basic things like a kettle, tea, and towels in the washroom weren't available; when we asked, they said those were provided on demand. Facilities were poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They also charged a lot for the water bottles we used during the stay, without telling us they charged for more than one bottle per day. My review is 100% true. Don't get caught by the fraud and paid reviews; I booked after seeing the same positive reviews. It's the worst hotel I've ever visited, a big no from me.

Parking was available, and Kalsang Mall Road is only a few minutes' walk away. The rooms and staff were great, the price was decent, and I had a nice experience.

We had a really disappointing stay at FabExpress Sapphire and ended up canceling the second night. The hotel can't be reached by vehicle, so we had to carry our luggage on foot for 600 meters. Staff offered no help, and this access issue should have been made clear when booking. Only two rooms looked decent. The rest had poor ambience and outdated interiors. Hygiene and basic service were lacking too: no towels, leaking bathrooms, smelly pillows, and we had to keep following up for hot water. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We booked after reading good reviews, but our experience was the opposite. I wouldn't recommend the property.
