FabHotel Winterline Inn

The hotel is in an awesome location, and I loved the view from the balcony. Waking up to the mountains was so good. The staff and service were excellent, especially at the rooftop cafe Winn. In winter, it makes the experience even better to stand there and look at the Mountains.

The checkout was a privacy issue and showed zero manners. Without calling or using the telephone, a staff member knocked on our door multiple times. He was shouting, “you people don't know the checkout time,” even though we'd already told reception it would take us 15-20 minutes more to gather our belongings and leave. The receptionist confirmed his name was Sumeir. The service was very poor and the hotel staff member was rude and mannerless. I request the property and MakeMyTrip take strict action against him.

At Winter Line inn, the food was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would happily come back.

The balcony view from my room was breathtaking, and the room itself was cozy, amazing, and good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the food was amazing too. If you're planning a trip to mussoorie, stay here, you won't regret it. 👍🏻
