Goroomgo Hotel Gokul Grand Dehradun

A great place to stay in Dehradun. The staff were very polite, and the service was good enough.

At checkout they asked us to pay an extra 300rs, even though they’d first said there would be no charge on top of the rent paid through the booking site. We paid because we were running late. Their excuse was that three people had stayed in one bedroom. They lied to us.

The rooms were very bad, and the staff had behavior problems. Pathetic experience. The manager should be fired immediately if they want the place to survive.

The place is beside a graveyard, and the beds were dirty. Cockroaches were crawling around freely. The TV remote was broken and held together with old tape. There was no chair or table to eat at, so I didn't order food, and the stool they gave us was filthy.
