Our booking was confirmed three hours before the trip, but when we arrived for our stay on 09.06.2023, we had trouble getting a good room. We also asked for cold water and were told the hotel only had regular water. When I asked the receptionist for water for a child, they didn't provide it. People were talking to each other abusively, and there seemed to be no management staff. The service felt unprofessional and the attitude was poor. This was a very bad experience, and I can confidently say I will never recommend this hotel. I'd ask the owner to sort out the management, or I don't think this business will last. 😡😡

Booking online here feels like a waste of money. Once you arrive, the terms seem to change, and the staff are the worst. I only regretted booking this place.

The rooms were extremely dirty, there were no water bottles, and the location was awful. The hotel's photos are misleading, and they charge extra regardless of the rate you booked. Getting a car there is almost impossible because of the market congestion. Even at 300, I wouldn't book this hotel. It deserves the worst hotel in Dehradun award.

The rooms were in terrible shape, and the linen they provided had a foul smell and looked used. I wouldn't stay at this hotel.

The sheets were covered in blood, the lock didn't work, and neither did the AC. The rooms are in such bad shape that I wouldn't visit even if this were the last hotel around. The food was awful too. A pathetic hotel.
