Hotel Rajpur Heights

Check-in was quick, and room service always arrived on time. The whole staff made us feel welcome and acted professionally, going out of their way to make sure everything was right. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality! ❤️❤️❤️

The mountain scenery gave our wedding functions and photos a beautiful backdrop, and waking up to the hills made the celebrations feel even more special. We hosted our destination wedding at Rajpur Heights, Dehradun, and the whole experience was lovely, smooth, and memorable. It felt peaceful while still being accessible. The property was well maintained and attractive, and it worked well for a destination wedding. Staff support and hospitality were commendable, with the events managed smoothly and on time. Manager Hussain Ji was especially helpful. His cooperation, professionalism, and steady availability kept the arrangements on track. His calm manner and attention to detail helped make the wedding enjoyable and stress-free. Rajpur Heights, Dehradun is a wonderful option for a wedding with mountain views, quiet surroundings, and good management. Highly recommended! ✨

We booked two deluxe rooms for three nights for New Year 2026 after I called the hotel to ask about breakfast. The front desk guy confirmed twice that a buffet was served every morning. At check-in, though, the receptionist said they only had à la carte. That was the first shock. The rooms were the next one: they stank, felt unhygienic, and looked nothing like the pictures. It seemed they'd been newly renovated, but the fit and finish had major quality issues. The linens were stained and dirty, and one was torn at the side. The bedsheet in my parents' room had urine stains, so we had to have it changed. I'm not sure how they prepare the rooms. Breakfast was awful too. The paranthas had bland filling, and the aloo curry was half-cooked. We ordered tea and coffee, and the guy brought them in his bare hands, with no plates or tray. We couldn't take it anymore and checked out immediately, booking another hotel on Rajpur Road. We'd paid for three nights but stayed just one. When we left, the guy with our luggage put it by the car and walked away without even helping load it. If they can't provide hospitality or keep trained staff, they should sell the hotel to someone who can and stop operating in hospitality. Absolutely horrible stay, zero hospitality, unpleasant rooms. If you're reading this and still plan to booj this hotel, god bless you..!!

Warning. I booked a room for the next day while I was at the hotel, and checked several times with two reception staff before paying. They confirmed the booking and assured us the room was reserved. A few hours later, they cancelled it and denied ever confirming it. They have a fake website and take payments through staybook, and I have two incidents that support this. First, two people at the front desk confirmed our booking after payment. Then, when I called the hotel, they said, “talk to staybook for refund”. If we paid a spam company, how did the hotel get our booking confirmation, and how did they know who we paid through? I'd stayed there before and didn't expect this level of fraudulence. The staff's behavior made it worse: they kept repeating the same statement over and over, even when I was talking about something else.
