Oyo 18347 Hotel Mountain Inn

During the wedding preparations, Kashish helped me drape my saree so beautifully, which took a lot of stress out of my day. Raj , vishal and Rajesh were also kind and attentive when serving food to my family, making sure everyone was looked after. The hotel cleaned our room three times a day, so it stayed fresh and comfortable. We had a pleasant stay for the wedding, and the hospitality felt warm, professional, and supportive.

The reception team, Raju, Rajan, Lekraj, Lavanya, Sepraj, and Pal, were welcoming and always willing to help with a smile. I spent 2 days at Ginger and found the rooms clean, well-maintained, and nicely arranged for a relaxing stay. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout my visit. It was a very comfortable experience, and I’d recommend the place.

Kashish at the front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful, and the restaurant team was prompt, attentive, and polite. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making for a good stay. I did notice that there wasn’t proper bell desk staff, and the entrance and parking security need significant improvement to meet the rest of the hotel’s standards. The hospitality was warm, and fixing those areas could make the visit even better.

We came to Ginger Hotel, Dehradun for a holiday, and to celebrate my wife’s birthday on 31st December. The quick, organized service and delicious breakfast with lots of variety made the stay special. Raju, Hemant, Lavanya, Rajpal, Surender, Rajan, Rishabh, Somi, Vishal, and Avnish were supportive, calm, and skilled, always making sure things were handled with a smile. The room service was excellent too, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. A memorable visit, highly recommended.
