A peaceful, budget-friendly place in a convenient spot for getting around Haridwar. The service and facilities were satisfactory for the price. My room was neat, clean and well organized, and the staff were polite and responsive, which made the stay comfortable and easy.

There were rats in my room. The property is very old, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. 0/5.

This could work for one night if you’re on a tight budget, and the rooms themselves were okay. The surroundings smelled a bit, though, and the old property lacked basic facilities. Room service was poor, with long waits for simple things like water. The washroom had broken seat and fittings.

No, no, no. The TV didn’t work, and there weren’t basic things like food, water, soap or a toothbrush. The rooms were filthy, the washroom was awful to use, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages 🙂. Please don’t waste your money here.

The room felt suffocating, and it wasn’t clean. The sheets and pillow were dirty, the washroom was cheap and in bad shape, and the charges were much higher than I expected. Hospitality and service were very poor, and a staff member was rude and arrogant. Food quality around the hotel wasn’t good either. I’d look elsewhere, definitely don’t recommend it. 😓😥😓😤😶
