OYO Home 78205 Picturesque Stay

In the morning, I had to get to the airport, but nobody came to unlock the gate and the manager's phone was switched off. I ended up climbing over a wall to get out. I also noticed all the hotel's CCTV cameras were off, which made me sure there was some illicit activity going on. Getting to the room was a mess too. I arrived exhausted, and the manager was on the phone and ignored me. After I got upset from waiting half an hour, he gave me a used, dirty room with dirty pillows and sheets, plus a used towel. I asked several times for things to be changed, but nothing was done. They wouldn't let me check in at 1 pm, an hour after the standard check-in time, and told me to come back at 4 pm. They said they'd keep my bag in the room, but that didn't happen either. The worst OYO experience ever.

The location is inside a residential area, and the rooms were nowhere near clean. They charged an extra 200 rupees above the price listed on the site. Dirty sheets, broken taps and door locks, beer bottles hidden under the bed, and no breakfast, despite the site's claim of free breakfast. The water supply wasn't proper either. One guest checked out in the middle of the night because of it. I'd suggest looking for a room somewhere else.

The bathroom was in bad shape, and the room itself was terribly unclean. The bedsheet was unhygienic and hadn't been washed, and I found used cigarettes inside the room. The staff had no manners and didn't know how to knock on the door. The cost was high for such poor service.

There were flies and insects, and mold covered the rooms. The washrooms weren't clean either, and a constant stink came from the rooms. This place shouldn't be allowed to operate and should be shut down.
