Getting the room we had paid for was a struggle. We had a confirmed booking online, but staff first said the hotel was sold out and refused to let us check in. Our room was poorly maintained and full of mosquitoes. One room had a broken AC, there was no drinking water, and washroom water wasn’t available around the clock. The TV had no connection, its remotes were broken, and when the power went out we spent the whole night in darkness because the backup generator didn’t work. The manager, Rohit, was impolite and had a terrible attitude. Other reviews make it seem like he regularly causes trouble and treats guests poorly. With the broken amenities, mosquito problem, poor maintenance, and unprofessional management, this stay was a nightmare. The property lacks basic hospitality and infrastructure. I strongly advise people to stay away.

The manager was hard to find at reception. When I did see him, he was playing games on his phone and watching cricket. Water was missing much of the time, with explanations about a small tank or water work going on. The rooms also seem completely neglected. The bedsheets and pillows had dirt and stains all over them. This hotel isn’t worth the money, so please avoid it.

There was no water in the room in the morning, but the staff were very helpful. They brought water from outside the hotel in a bucket. I’ll visit again soon.

The service was really fast, and Vashu at reception was calm and helpful. The place is good, with cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. We enjoyed the service, and I’d like to come back.

The AC and TV weren’t working, and when I complained, the staff told me I’d only booked a room, not the AC and TV. Worst hotel experience. I’m not going back.
