Last Friday, I visited Dehradun and stayed at Hotel Paradise Inn with my family. I was in Room No. 203, and people were drinking in the open area right outside. It made for an uncomfortable atmosphere, not the peaceful and safe setting families and professionals traveling with children expect. If the hotel allows drinking, it should have a designated area so families and children don’t have to see it in shared corridors. I’d suggest considering other options if you’re planning a family visit.

Please disregard my earlier view. It was only our first day, but after staying longer, we found the facilities good and the employees cooperative and soft-spoken. We decided to continue our stay and are still at the hotel.

Everything felt clean, and the receptionist and other staff were good. Seems like a nice spot for families or people travelling for work.
