The executive rooms have balconies with a view, enclosed by grills for protection. That was my favorite part: sunlight and a great outlook. The rooms are roomy and have all the amenities, the staff are supportive, and the food is tasty. The location is good too, near picture palace.

The mountain-facing room is the best choice; the other rooms look out onto lush greenery and have balconies, though getting around means climbing stairs. From the moment we arrived, clouds passed by and the property felt as if it were inside them. The resort sits high on the mountain with beautiful views and a picture-perfect entrance lobby that explains pahadi culture. Spa facilities are available, and the place is also good for a function. The welcome was warm, with a drink and staff carrying our luggage. Everyone was humble and available to help, and the management did a lot to make the stay comfortable and memorable. Sanjana was especially helpful to everyone. The room was clean, the bathroom hygiene was well maintained, and the amenities were good. Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty, with lots of dishes and local food to try. The Pride is very good, and its location is lovely.

My room had its own balcony over the valley, and the property felt surrounded by Himalayan nature. Aman was especially warm, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all polite, friendly, and ready to help. They greeted us with smiles, anticipated what we might need, and made us feel at home. The buffet breakfasts had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, baked goods, and hot Indian favorites. Dinner brought flavorful curries, grilled food, and desserts. The meals were delicious and fresh, and the property made for a perfect mountain recharge.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere and clean, spacious, well-kept rooms made our stay at Hotel Pride very relaxing. Vijay Rawat and Paramveer Singh Rawat deserve special mention for being attentive, professional, and quick to respond. Their helpfulness and care for guests made a real difference. We had a smooth, enjoyable visit thanks to the hospitality, cleanliness, and service at Hotel Pride. We'd recommend it and hope to return.
