Riversun Hotel Mall Road

We asked for a refund and were sent from pillar to post, even though it was our own money. The service and staff were unreliable and disappointing, and the staff weren't respectful or well behaved. Mrs. Poonam Khanijow booked for the three of us based on Mr. Sandeep Malik's claim that the hotel was right on Mall Road. To our surprise, reaching it meant walking down a steep, risky road. It's an awful hotel. I strongly suggest not booking a room in advance, or you may lose your money.

Parking is a real problem: the property has no parking, so you'll have to leave your car 1 km away. The rooms are small, there's no view, and the kitchen isn't proper, with only a few room service items available. They don't mention that the hotel is on a sloped road where private cars aren't allowed. You have to walk 200 m downhill to get there, then walk uphill every day to reach your car. Staff were very unhelpful and refused to assist with luggage. Don't book riversun hotel.

The manager Navneet is very rude, and the room costs a lot. You can find much better places for the same price, so don't book hotel Riversun. They keep pushing you to leave a 5 star rating, and I think all the reviews are fake.

Don't fall for one Sandeep Malik's WhatsApp pitch. The rooms may be the worst, with no privacy, and the staff behaviour may be just as bad. He'll also try to turn the agreed total into an issue by adding extra money.
