I felt safe staying here, and the washroom was clean and good. The hotel is on the road, with easy access to the city. Rooms are spacious, but the balcony was very dirty and looked onto another room, not the mountains. The bedsheets were stained and dirty, and I had to ask twice to have them changed after checking in. Food choices were limited, though the food was okay. Staff seemed careless and unprofessional. The hotel is attached to the out of the box cafe, so there was music late at night. When I went to otb that night, someone said the cafe was closed but offered to deliver to my room. When he brought it, he asked for an extra tip, which I wasn't okay with. The price felt high for the facilities.
