I'm a regular customer here, and the hotel is really good. The food is the one weak point. Sometimes it's good, but other times it seems like they aren't interested in making it tasty. For the price, it should be better.
The room and bathroom were cramped, the bed made a lot of noise, and the kitchen glassware they provided was unhygienic. The location is good, but the facilities were very poor: the bathroom door lock was broken, the AC didn't work, and there was no power backup. Water wasn't available in the bathroom either.
We had our wedding party here and had a good experience overall. We had to compromise on a few things, but they also did some things for us. The manager, dharmendr, behaved well.
I booked through makemytrip, but the room wasn't worth what I paid. The toilet wasn't clean, and neither were the bedsheets, pillows, or blankets.
The restaurant food was amazing, and the place had a nice feel, with attractive lighting and a really cozy balcony. The rooms felt a bit stuffy, though they were decent. I had a nice experience and would recommend it.
